Jason Beckstrom

Jason is a seasoned real estate advisor with years of professional experience in both Chicago’s residential and commercial real estate markets. Prior to joining Conlon, Jason spent two years with Jones Lang LaSalle as a commercial leasing agent where he was responsible for the creation and execution of marketing and leasing strategies for such high profile assets as One East Wacker Drive, 1 South Wacker Drive and 300 S. Riverside Plaza. While at Jones Lang LaSalle, Jason represented the local real estate interest of several FORTUNE 500 and 1000 companies including Unitrin Insurance Company, TIAA-CREF and Bank of America for which he leased approximately 43,700 square feet of office space in under a 2 year period.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Jason spent three years with Pulte Homes and Del Webb as both a new home sales consultant and construction superintendent at several residential housing developments in Chicago’s suburbs. His extensive knowledge of the market, construction acumen, customer centric approach and professionalism enabled him to successfully manage 77 buyers from point of purchase to closing while generating sales revenues in excess of $21 million. As a result, Jason was twice recognized by the Home Builder’s Association of Chicago for annual sales volume achievements.

Jason received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University Of Notre Dame where he was a three-year starter at defensive back for the Fighting Irish Football Program as well as a Big East Champion for the Men’s Indoor Track & Field team.
