Ken Dooley CIPS, ABR, TRC

BACKGROUND

Ken Dooley is originally from Dublin, Ireland and graduated from Trinity College with a degree in Business and Finance. Upon graduation, Ken spent four years as a Financial Advisor and Consultant in the Banking industry in England and Ireland before emigrating to Chicago in 1994. Ken expanded his finance experience by spending the next six years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in various roles culminating as a Broker in the Eurodollar Futures and Options pit. In 2000, Ken chose to combine his considerable finance experience and life-long interest in real estate to become an agent with Century 21 Sussex & Reilly shortly after the company's inception. Ken recently accepted an invitation from Sean Conlon to work at Conlon: A Real Estate Company.

RESULTS

In the past nine years Ken has listed and sold more than $150 million of Chicago Real Estate. By growing his business every year, Ken was recently ranked #10 out of 5,400 Chicagoland Century 21 Realtors and has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Chicago Association of Realtors. Ken's goal is to expand his business even more in 2009 and beyond.

He is dedicated to making the sale or purchase of his client's property a positive experience and is actively involved in all aspects of the transaction from the initial consultation to close. This is achieved through constant communication and plain hard work. As such, the majority of his business is generated through satisfied clients and referral business

PERSONAL

Ken and his family enjoy the vibrancy of city living and take advantage of all that Chicago offers - from cultural events and great restaurants to summer street fairs and the beautiful lakefront. After living in several neighborhoods in Chicago, Ken and his family currently reside in Wicker Park.
