CONLON/Christie’s International Real Estate has much to celebrate this year with their continued luxuriant successes, and most noteworthy: Sean Conlon’s signing with CNBC to co-host a reality TV show titled, The Deed.
The 8th annual CONLON/Christie’s Holiday Party was held this past week at Fulton MKT Kitchen, “a buzzy outpost” known for their innovative global fare sheathed in a chic warehouse space adorned with elaborate murals and paintings ranging from John Lennon to David Bowie to Johnny Cash.
“I was immediately drawn to the décor and the bridge between art and real estate at FMK. It’s a space that local artists have come together to design a very cool, eclectic and welcoming vibe,” Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Archer-Wirtz stated.
Nevertheless, all was met in holiday spirit with fern greenery, gleaming ornaments, and lit wreathes that suspended over the fully occupied vacancy.
The CONLON/Christie’s holiday party, also hosted by CONLON Commercial and Conlon & Co, reached over 300 attendees, featuring business elites: Yusef Jackson and Alexi Giannoulias to name a few.
The DJ started the night with classic holiday tunes that ascended later in the evening.Guests elegantly mingled while sampling hors d'oeuvres and the craft-cocktail menu, featuring a “Bourbon Cranberry.”
Throughout the evening the sound of glasses toasting resonated between founders Sean Conlon, Rich Kasper, Tim Sheahan, Kieran Conlon, Benjie Burford, and Co-owner of Commercial, Steve Horvath—comradery was found at its best..
“2016 was a very eventful year, but this party has reminded us to stay grounded and be amongst those whom bring out the best in us,” said Sean Conlon.
Amidst was local artist, Joe Miller, demonstrating a live painting for added entertainment that started off as an angelic cloudscape, which culminated into the Chicago Skyline peeking through by the end of the night.
The imagery both literal and figurative draped in Real Estate & Holiday success.
