As our nation’s economy, politics, and technological tools change each year, so too must wise real estate agents adapt to new landscapes. One conference provides an unparalleled opportunity for insight, the Christie's International Real Estate 2017 Luxury Specialist Conference.
Last week, agents earned their prestigious 2017 Christie’s International Real Estate Luxury Specialist certifications at the Hotel del Coronado in sunny San Diego, as they networked, shared ideas, explored best practices, and learned from the world’s leading industry experts in today’s luxury residential property market on Wednesday, September 27 and Thursday, September 28.
Sean Conlon was one of the conference’s main speakers. Conlon’s presentation “Audentes Fortuna Iuvat,” or, “fortune favors the bold,” offered a compelling reflection on the role of nerve and courage in the real estate business.
Other seminars included “Family Legacies” with Rita Boyle and Laura Nagle, “Managing Your Online Presence: Digital Dos and Don’ts” by Lisa Gluck and Monique Sofo, “Designing Real Estate: The Art of Interior Design as a Selling Tool” by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, “The Impact of Global Influences on Local Real Estate Markets” by Monique Sofo and Zack Wright, and others.
“We had dinner on the water, drinks on the sand, lunch under the palm trees!—and a slice of real estate meetings, networking, speeches, & wine tasting!” said CONLON/Christie’s International agent.
This year’s conference was attended by CONLON agents Mark Icuss, Brendan O’Malley, Kieran Conlon, Tessi Davis, Tim Knipper, Michael LaFido, Anne Kavanaugh, Daniel Sullivan, René Dombrowski, Valerie Sancrainte, Jim Buczynski, and Robin Allotta.
